I'm not in it to win it. . . I'm in it for You!

Almost 2 years since my last blog. Not sure why. Just haven't been feelin' it I guess. Part of it was the lack of a computer/internet connection last summer in Jamaica. But this summer, as I leave in one week, I at least have a computer. Internet. . . we'll see.

If you don't know, I'm heading back to Jamaica until mid-August with Praying Pelican Missions. Last summer with them was amazing and I've been looking forward to this year since I got back last August. This summer I'm working with 9 different teams over 10 weeks. (If you're doing the math that means I have about one week's worth of break in there) And this summer I am actually LEADING one week! Such a HUGE step and I'm really excited to get the chance to show PPM what I've learned while working in Jamaica for the past 18 years! So pray for me! PLEASE!

Look for MUCH more to come! I'm also thinking about addressing the recent violence in Kingston and giving my take on it. . . not that it's worth much. :)
